Key Responsibilities
The PMO Manager is responsible for overseeing and leading the Project Management Office (PMO) for our Fixed Mount Solutions R&D organization. You will provide strategic direction, mentorship, and guidance to PMO team members while ensuring effective project management practices are implemented across the organization - aligning closely with the PMO responsibles for other R&D sections.
Your project managers manage projects for intelligent camera, video detection management systems and their integration.

PMO Leadership:
- Develop and implement PMO strategies, policies, and standards.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMO team, including resource allocation, performance management, and training.
- Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the PMO.

Project Portfolio Management:
- Develop and manage a comprehensive project portfolio aligned with organizational goals.
- Prioritize projects based on strategic value and resource availability.
- Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, project sponsors, and functional heads.
- Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.

Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PMO and project management practices.
- Implement new methodologies or tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure compliance with PMO standards.

Project Management Execution
Next to managing your team of project managers you will take charge directly of key initiatives, typically driving organizational improvements.- Defining project charter- Prioritization- Cross-functional planning
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and change requests.
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
- Track project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
- Budget, risk, and resource analysis
- Provide administrative support for project activities, such as resource allocation, procurement, and contract management.
- Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Hard Skills

Proven experience in a senior PMO leadership role
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent English – both written and verbal.
- Experience with project portfolio management tools and software.
- Project management tools (PPM-Pro, Jira, MS Project) and documentation tools (Confluence)
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics), Project management
- At least 10 years of experience as a project management and/or Program lead role. Preferably in a Corporate organization
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Proven track record in strategic product roadmap definition and program execution.
